This is our process:
1 Initial consultation can take place via email, phone or at our design studio for FREE. In home consultation and measurement is available for a nominal fee for the first 90 minutes, then at a standard rate for all subsequent hours for meetings, designs and fabric research. To start, simply email us a picture of your window project (or we will photograph for you when we are at your home for measurement).
2 We will discuss your needs, ideas and budget, then gather all the necessary information on the look you want to achieve for your windows. Most often we will be able to suggest two options of the virtual treatment based on your thoughts and budget. Then we can discuss what you like and don’t like, tweak the look with our sophisticated software until we have just what you are looking for.
3 A follow up appointment will be set up for finalizing the selection of products and design. Any questions will be discussed and at this time you will be presented with an accurate estimate for the project completion.
4 Once you have seen and agreed to the designs and selection, a deposit is required to sign off on the project and we will proceed to order materials and to fabricate the treatments that will transform your window and your room to create another satisfied and happy Distinctive Designs customer.
